DLR –<\/strong>\u00a0With the aim of enhancing professional capacity in digital learning material development, Quy Nhon University organized a two-day training program on \u201cDeveloping Syllabus Appendices through E-learning\u201d on August 12\u201313, 2025. This program, part of the third-year activities under Project 6 (IUC \u2013 QNU), brought together a large number of lecturers from across the university. The strong participation highlights the university\u2019s proactive commitment and determination to accelerate the integration of technology into teaching and learning.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Dat \u2013 Director of the Center for Digitalization and Learning Resources \u2013 delivered an overview of E-Learning and the process of developing digital learning materials<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The program aims to enhance the professional capacity of faculty members in developing detailed syllabus appendices tailored to the E-Learning modality. This initiative forms part of the University\u2019s comprehensive plan to advance digital learning resources for online teaching in the 2025\u20132026 academic year, while also ensuring the quality of course content and improving teaching effectiveness in a digital environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On the first day, faculty members were introduced to an overview of E-Learning, the process of developing digital learning materials, LMS-based courses, as well as effective knowledge delivery methods in online teaching. In addition, the session covered the structure and requirements of detailed syllabus appendices, enabling lecturers to gain a thorough understanding of how to design courses in line with the E-Learning modality.<\/span><\/p>\n

QNU lecturers shared their experiences in developing digital learning resources<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Continuing into the second day, the training shifted towards hands-on activities, focusing on the design and development of syllabus appendices. Under the direct guidance of lecturers from Project 6 \u2013 IUC, experienced faculty in digital learning development at the University, and the Center for Digitalization & Learning Resources, participants received practical support in creating syllabus appendices for E-Learning, ensuring high applicability and alignment with real-world teaching practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through this training program, faculty members of Quy Nhon University were equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement courses in the E-Learning modality. This was not only a practical professional activity but also a strong demonstration of the University\u2019s commitment to integrating technology into teaching, thereby contributing to the advancement of digital transformation in higher education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Faculty members participating in the training were equipped with additional knowledge and skills necessary to effectively implement courses in the E-Learning modality<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

The training program is part of Project 6 under the IUC\u2013QNU program in its third year of implementation. Project 6 plays a vital role in modernizing educational activities at Quy Nhon University by establishing the technical infrastructure and operating framework for the E-Learning system. The project has been carrying out initiatives to develop the technological foundation for online learning, while also focusing on building a cohort of faculty members capable of designing and delivering E-Learning courses through short-term training programs and academic collaboration with universities in Belgium.<\/span><\/p>\n

The outcomes of Project 6 not only support QNU in gradually advancing digital transformation in education but also lay the groundwork for faculty members to develop high-quality online courses that meet learners\u2019 needs and align with the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training program was attended by leaders of the Center for Digitalization and Learning Resources, project leaders and instructors from Project 6 \u2013 IUC, teaching assistants, lecturers who registered to develop E-Learning courses for the 2025\u20132026 academic year, as well as specialists supporting the development of digital learning resources.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
