ICP Connect Scholarships 2026–2027 (VLIR-UOS)

The ICP Connect Scholarships funded by VLIR-UOS offer fully funded Bachelor’s and Master’s study opportunities in Flanders, Belgium, starting September 2026.

Who can apply?

Applicants holding nationality and residing in one of the following 29 countries are eligible: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Morocco, Palestine, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Peru, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam.

What are the criteria?

Must meet age limits as per programme, possess relevant academic background, and English proficiency; preference for those with motivation to contribute to sustainable development.

Which costs are covered by the scholarship?
The scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, insurance and international travel costs for the full duration of study.

How can I apply?

Apply directly to the chosen study programme in Belgium and indicate the scholarship request during the admission process. Common deadline: 28 February 2026.
